At Taylor Made Nutrition we go out of our way to fit into your busy lifestyle! Driving to us takes time and is just another obstacle preventing you from achieving your nutrition goals. We take the hassle out of appointments and will fit in with you, where ever it suits you!

As the name implies, at Taylor Made Nutrition we make it our mission to provide an individualised healthy lifestyle plan which works for you. Every individual has different needs and requirements and there is no such thing as 'one plan fits all.'

We place great emphasis on the fact that everyone is different and take the time to sit down with you to establish a plan that will get you moving immediately towards your nutrition goals. Whether it be weight loss, weight gain, nutrition education, eating for sports performance or a combination- at Taylor Made Nutrition it is our goal to establish the best possible plan for YOU!

 

The face behind Taylor Made Nutrition.....

Erin Taylor

Although only twenty three years of age, Erin Taylor has had many years experience in elite sports. She recently represented New Zealand in kayaking at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Her continued experience at elite level sparked an interest in nutrition for optimising sports performance and she decided to further her education in nutrition. She is now a qualified nutritionist with a degree from Massey University in Human Nutrition. Along with what she learnt during her years of study, Erin draws on a lot of personal experience as well as what she has witnessed from other elite athletes. From practical experience she understands that one nutrition plan does not work for all and strongly advocates the importance of an individualised nutrition plan. Not only does she see the benefits of good nutrition practice for the elite sports person, she is also very passionate about increasing nutrition education for all and encouraging everybody towards a healthier lifestyle. read more ...

In our modern society there is a lot of emphasis on eating on the run and making quick convenient food choices to keep up with our busy lifestyles. At Taylor Made Nutrition we understand that healthy nutrition practice needs to fit in with your busy lifestyle. Eating to develop and then maintain a healthy lifestyle should not be a laborious task and with a few consultations and simple tips this can be achieved.

Many of the nutrition obstacles with which we are faced are simply by products of our habits. The good news is that with better understanding and more intelligent food choices; bad habits can be broken! 

At Taylor Made Nutrition we make it our mission to develop a thorough plan which 'tailor's' to you. Whether it be a two week or six month goal we will work with you closely and do whatever it takes to help you achieve it!
